Session Outline:
The purpose of this session is to learn how you – as an officer – can directly influence Club quality, which is the net effect of your actions. Club quality is important because it influences your members’ experience in the Club, and their experience is where they find Value.
This training session is designed to guide you in the key principles to making the club experience the most fulfilling for each member’s personal Toastmasters journey – – to maximize their club experience.
In this session you will learn:
▪ How/Where Members find Value in their Toastmasters journey
▪ How the Moments of Truth impact Club Quality
▪ What Objectives are necessary to become a Distinguished Club – or better
▪ To Identify YOUR leadership role in relation to Club objectives, Club members and other Club officers, AND understand how your leadership skill development as a Club Officer transfers to your life outside the Club.

Presenter Bio:
David Moore, DTM, is proud to be a founding member of the B. Braun Toastmasters club which he helped to start in 2005. Since one Toastmasters club is never enough, David joined Second Stage Toastmasters club in 2014. Both clubs have a long record of being President’s Distinguished.
David served as Area F5 Governor (2014-2015) as well as Division F Director (2015-2016). As Division Director, David led Division F to President’s Distinguished with the help of his terrific Area Directors.
To challenge himself and improve his communication skills, David has competed in many speech contests over the years, and much to his surprise has won a few. You may remember David from such memorable and heartwarming speeches as: “I Was a Fool for Love, but Survived to Tell the Tale”, “No Really…the Tractor Sprayed Me”, and “A Cow Ate My Speech”.
