- Our presenter has been a Toastmaster for over 37 years and is still learning.
- He served on the International Board of Directors in the 1998-2000 term.
- Serving the 1994-1995 District 12 Governor, the District achieved its first Presidents Distinguished year and place 3rd internationally.
- He received the President’s Citation at the 2002.
- He was the TLI Chair in District 12 for Twelve (12) times and in District 57 for four (4) times.
- He is retired Assistant Fire Chief with 35 years of service with Cal Fire. He has served as the Disaster Manager of Riverside County and 15 of its cities, Service as Incident Commander on many large Wildfires, and the Cal Fire Representative for many fires in Orange County.
- He served on the Governor’s committee resulting in the development of SIMS = Standardized Incident Management System, SCEPP = Southern California Earthguake Preparedness Project, served as chair of both the OES = State Officer of Emergency Service for both Regions 1 and 6, and at the same time served as your International Director.
