Mary Osborne Andrews

2024 Founder’s District Conference Keynote

Over the past 17 years, Mary and a talented team of coaches have partnered with client organizations in deep and profound ways.

These partnerships often begin with a request for executive coaching, help with the effectiveness of board meetings and leader team decision-making or corporate off-sites to equip participants with game-changing problem-solving and innovation.

Based on those initial experiences, clients typically engage in long-term relationships where coaching, as the lead pony, mines the wisdom of people within the organization with performance consulting and a library of coach tools brought in as relevant to what the clients are generating.
