Complete your club officer training (cot) in august 2026
Club Officer Training (COT) is required for all Club Officers serving starting the new Toastmasters year from: July 01, 2026.
To receive full credit in 2026-2027, Club Officers must complete:
✅ General Session – Part 1 (1 Hour)
✅ Club Officer Role Training (1 Hour)
✅ General Session – Part 2 (1 Hour)
Important Attendance Policy:
- Attendance is required for the entire session (3 Hours, Minimum)
- Entire session includes: General Session Part 1, General Session Part 2, & Club Officer Role.
- Partial attendance will not be credited.
- Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the session start time as noted, will not receive credit.

What do I need for COT credit?
You must complete all three required sections:
- General Session Part 1 (1 Hour)
- Club Officer Role Training (1 Hour)
- General Session Part 2 (1 Hour)
Can I attend the sections on different dates?
Yes. You may attend the General Sessions (Parts 1 and 2) and Club Officer Role Training on different dates, provided all required components are completed.
Is partial attendance accepted?
No. Participants must attend the entire session (3 Hours) to receive credit.
