This January, Founder’s District Toastmasters invites all clubs to participate in 101 Miles for 101 Years—a district-wide challenge designed to support what Toastmasters does best: building confidence, connection, and visibility.
Purpose
• Increase Toastmasters awareness beyond the meeting room
• Strengthen connection and camaraderie within our clubs
• Encourage consistent habits that support our Toastmasters journey
The Challenge
As a club, collectively complete 101 miles during the month of January.
How to Participate
• Miles may be completed individually or together as a club
• Clubs are encouraged to organize 1–2 informal gatherings
• While completing miles, members are encouraged to:
• wear an “Ask Me About Toastmasters” button or any Toastmasters-branded item
• start conversations with people they meet while logging their miles and invite them to a Toastmasters club
• Take photos and share them with the district to be featured
This challenge is about visibility, connection, and purposeful outreach.
Let’s make Toastmasters visible—together.
