Responsibilities of the Newsletter Chairperson
Articles need to be written for a target audience of non-Toastmasters.

Produce four (4) quality issues for the Founder's fiscal year
* Fall (Submissions Due 09/01; Publication Post 09/15)
* Winter (Submissions Due 12/01; Publication Post 12/15)
* Spring (Submissions Due 03/01; Publication Post 03/15)
* Summer (Submissions Due 06/01; Publication Post 06/15)

Each issue will “spotlight” one person from each of the eight divisions by completing the Spotlight Questionnaire
* Fall issue will highlight each of the Division Governors as we like to lead by example
* Division Governors then have three Toastmasters complete the questionnaire for the Winter, Spring and Summer issues
* Area Governors and VP of PRs throughout the District are also encouraged to submit names well before the deadlines
* Each mini-bio is to highlight that person, their club, and website

The Newsletter Chairperson is to assemble the Founder's newsletter from Spotlight Questionnaires and other submissions
* It is conceivable one person can handle the entire newsletter based upon the preceding format
* Additional writers are encouraged to participate with articles and layout
* Encourage at least one Toastmasters Club to “adopt” the newsletter as an annual High Performance Leadership project
* Newsletter Chairperson is to find his/her replacement prior to the end of the fiscal year (June)
