Founder’s Globe Award

The Founder’s Globe Award represents the Newsletter where Toastmasters began.
The Founder’s Globe emblem recognizes the quality of the current and upcoming events at Clubs. The newsletters at club level relate the benefits of Toastmasters to current and potential members.

The winning editor will receive the Founder’s Globe trophy and will be announced at the Fall Conference on May 5, 2012. It can be on the web sites of the club and division.

Eligibility:
The Founder’s Globe Newsletter Award is open to all Toastmasters Clubs editors in Founder’s District. The primary editor or a fellow club member must be present at the Fall District Conference to win and accept the award. Submission deadline is April 14, 2012, and the judging will take place the next day. Send the URL where the newsletter is located online to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 1. Club name and number
2. Name of the Newsletter
3. Name of Editor

Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged on the newsletter’s CONTENT and PRESENTATION with an emphasis on portraying the benefits of the Toastmasters program to meet personal and professional goals.
