Division F: Me-Ma-Mo, A Prescription for Satisfaction

Every day, Division F communicators and leaders Mentor, Manage, and Motivate
themselves and their fellow members toward incredible levels of achievements,
both inside and outside their clubs.
Mentor
To date we have added 39 CTMs/ATMs, 13 CL/AL/DTMs, and 212 new members. Such
success comes from partnering and mentoring among members, not just solo endeavors.
Members have also reported on-the-job accomplishments such as promotions and
improved annual reviews. Division F celebrates not just goal-setting, but goal-getting!
Manage
Contests demonstrate both individual and team efforts: contestants showcase
their speaking talents while committee members reveal their project management
skills. Experience our fantastic Table Topics and International Speech contests:
- March 11th (Areas F1/F2)
- March 12th (Areas F4/F5 and Areas F6/F7)
- March 18th (Area F3)
- April 1st (Division F)

Motivate
Our most recent educational sessions netted more than 50 trained club officers
and judges/chief judges. Experienced judges serve at Toastmasters contests
but also encourage communication development through community events at schools
and other service organizations that need qualified judges. Our officers commit
to their members success by inspiring them with enthusiastic and dedicated
service.
