Division
C is busy working on achieving our DCP goals for the year. We have exceeded
our year to date goal for new members. We have 130 new members vs. our goal
of 125 by the end or April. We are also doing very well on ATMs: We have achieved
24 versus our year to date goal of 25. We are still lagging in our CTM goals
for the year, however the last month has seen a dramatic increase. We now have
22 CTMs versus a plan for 50. We are also working on increasing membership for our low membership clubs and we are still pursuing our second new club for the year. In addition, we are calling old members to improve member retention.
Mixed in with all of these activities we are busy working with our successors to establish a good beginning for next year.
