The Power of Self Esteem
Do you believe in your abilities and know how to make fast decisions? Don’t let fears of crisis or confrontation keep you from taking on leadership or speaking roles. Let Stephen Covey’s “8th Habit” take you on a journey of self-esteem.

Peak Performance Teams
How do you translate vision & strategy into action for your team? Are you great at “saving the day” at the expense of the team? Do you have team rewards that spur everyone on? Hear about these concepts from a dynamic leader and master of cooperation.

Selecting Your Topics
Dazzle your audiences with your speeches through careful topic selections. Hear a plethora of ideas on where to find that next gem and build on your manual objectives for maximum personal growth.

Advanced Seminar Delivery
Ready for the next level? Be prepared to change the way you approach your speech projects as you move towards different audiences and create new expectations for yourself and others.

Beethoven on Public Speaking (Your Voice)
Our voice is the “instrument” of our trade. Let the famous composer Beethoven take you on a journey of discovery. Learn how to improve vocal quality & master a simple technique to bring you to lyric quality.

Using Music, Props & Pantomime
We spend 95% of our time writing our speeches and 5% rehearsing but we often leave out the visual support that would make our message memorable. Step away from the routine with this session and put on another hat (prop).

Essential Time Management
Is there a stress test in your near future? Do you thrive on the pressure of finishing a task at the last moment? Crises often force fast decisions that are reactive. Discover how to get more done in less time, skipping over impediments to your happiness & success.

Everyday Leadership
Why is it that people who work hard every day aren’t as successful as they should be? Do YOU understand how the six “Pillars of Character”, as defined by Dr. Michael Josephson, apply to our lives and our leadership every day? Come hear the amazingly simple, but profound, message that calls our integrity to the forefront.

Meeting Themes
If you have fun, they will come. Dr. Ralph Smedley said we learn best in moments of enjoyment. Why is it then so few clubs plan around meeting themes? Learn to expand theme development beyond the token Table Topics questions. A long time member will divulge her secrets to creative meetings.

Negotiation: A Form of Debate
Do you keep score of all your wins & losses? Do you reflect on the quality of the “win” or do you just continue to fight battles? Find out when to let go of non-value added arguments. Sell your ideas while bringing together the “toughest contenders”.

Party Planning, installations & contests
Having fun is the glue that holds any club together. But sometimes the “fun” functions get trivialized or overlooked in importance. If your club is not planning a celebration in the next 3 months, come hear how to move fun forward & watch member retention soar.

Web Design for Clubs
Is your club web site as effective as it could be? Learn techniques to make your web pages accessible to more people. Find out what to do if you’re just starting.
