The District Judge Training Data Chair is responsible for providing a list of judges and/or chief judges who have been trained within the last two years. These judges are to be used for various District and community contests and are not in any club that might be involved in the contest or within 20 miles of the contest location.

To generate a list of available and eligible judges, the following information is required:

(1) The Area(s) or the Division(s) of the contest.

This information is used to eliminate judges who are in clubs covered by the contest, for example:
Area C4
Areas E2 and E4 joint contest
Division F

(2) The zip code of the contest location only.

The contest location zip code is converted to latitude and longitude, then used for the "within 20 miles of the contest" distance calculation.
