Remember that only voting delegates (Club Presidents, Club Vice Presidents Education, District Officers – all must be members in good standing of clubs in good standing) can cast a ballot. If a Club President or VPE can’t attend, send a Club Member in your place with a signed Proxy Form (click here to download). The signed proxy MUST BE EXCHANGED for ballot(s) at the Credentials Desk at Registration NO LATER THAN 11:30 AM! Someone from the club must be present to vote.
