The Youth Leadership Program is designed to develop the speaking and leadership skills of young people ages 8-18. By developing these skills, young people will be better prepared to meet the demands and challenges of today’s world.

The program is designed to be conducted in eight sessions and led by a Toastmaster. Each session lasts between one to two hours. Participants learn how to prepare and present a speech, how to conduct meetings, how to evaluate, and effective listening skills.
